Enable MFA
1. Sign in to the customer portal
2. Navigate to Account → Security
3. Click « Set up Multi-Factor Authentication »
4. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or any compatible app
5. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
Recovery codes
Store the generated recovery codes in a safe place. They allow login without your TOTP app.
