Terms of Service

1. Scope · These ToS apply to all contracts concluded between NexoraHost and the customer regarding hosting, servers and domains.

2. Conclusion of contract · The contract is formed by written order or by completing the checkout on our website.

3. Services · The exact scope of services results from the respective product description and the order confirmation.

4. Prices & payment · All prices are quoted excluding statutory VAT. Payment is due in advance via SEPA, credit card or PayPal.

5. Term & termination · Minimum contract term is 1 month, renewing automatically unless terminated 30 days before the end of term.

6. Privacy · Our privacy policy applies as published.
