Right of withdrawal

Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

NexoraHost provides server and hosting services as well as domains. The following withdrawal rules apply to consumers.

1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us clearly of your decision:

Preferred: Withdraw via the withdrawal function on the relevant contract in the customer area (within 14 days), or alternatively via support ticket or email. Withdrawal by post is possible but not required. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

3. Server and hosting services

This includes in particular: VPS, root servers, dedicated servers, cloud, web hosting, game servers, TeamSpeak, mail hosting and comparable services.

For server and hosting services, consumers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

If the service has already been partly performed when a withdrawal takes effect, we may claim proportionate remuneration (Section 357 (8) BGB).

4. Domains

For domain registration or transfer there is generally no right of withdrawal. Domains are obtained according to your specification (chosen domain name) and registered with registries (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

5. Digital content (if offered)

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. software licences, SSL certificates), the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies.

6. Effects of a valid withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed). You will not incur fees for this.

If the service has already been partly performed by the time of withdrawal, you pay a reasonable amount for that share.

7. No right of withdrawal for traders

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
